Andressa Urach

Andressa began her relationship with Tiago when she was fifteen; both were in high school. After three months of romance the couple moved in together in his house. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19 in 2005) was their sole child. After a series of marital disputes they divorced in 2008 following six years together. Andressa Urach then went to live with her son at mother's house. After six months of separation, she was fired and chose to send her son back to his father, in hopes of pursuing the life of a better chance with her son in Sao Paulo. Being vain, ambitious and a very proud woman, the main reason for leaving her native South to go to Sao Paulo, was in seeking fame and fortune. Andressa Urach writes in her memoir Morri Para Viver about her sexual abuse by her foster father that occurred between the ages of 2 and 8. Andressa only managed to escape any abuse since her foster grandmother noticed her in the act. Andressa went back to live in her home with her mom and didn't realize that Andressa experienced any form of sexual abuse until she wrote her book. The woman's interviews revealed that it had been unattainable for her prior to her change of heart. Forgiveness of her abusive partner was an idea she considered unattainable. It was one of the toughest decisions I've ever faced. I contacted the man that was sexually assaulting me. It was not an easy thing to do. I said on the phone after a long period of praying and fasting, to forgive the man. Although I'm completely innocent of any crime, I pleaded for forgiveness. This was a straightforward request. It was not a reason to justifiably justify my behavior. Mariste Urach describes her reaction in a interview with Globo.
